No, residents are required to set up electricity service through WE energies. They are billed monthly for water/sewage by us – the charge will come monthly at the same time as rent and they will see it on their resident portal. If they would like wifi internet/TV/phone service we are exclusive to ATT so they will set up service with ATT however, the apartments are pre-wired so everything can be done remotely.
Under some circumstances, we can allow subletting. Specific scenarios are spelled out in your lease.
No, we do not. We do require proof of income which needs to meet our 3x a month criterion (3x the monthly rent).
Yes! We do not accept aggressive breeds. The 1-time pet fee is $300 and due at move in. The monthly pet rent is $35.
Yes, we have our resident portal in which residents can pay rent/submit work orders. We also accept checks/money orders.
Yes, we have onsite maintenance during office hours 9am-5pm and also emergency maintenance.
Yes, The Avenues has elevators.
The Avenues has garage parking for $75 a month and also surface lot parking for $50 a month.
Rent is required to be paid between 1st-5th. After the 5th we charge a $50 late fee.
Of course! However, holes should not be bigger than a thumb nail and must be patched prior to move out.
If applicable, deposits are returned within 21 days of move out.
